When do I have to use my credits by?

There is no expiry date on purchased credits.


What happens if I change my contact details?

Available Last Minute understands that tradesman from time to time change their contact details. If this is the case, it is vital that you update your contact details in your account. You can simply go into your account and edit your old contact details and put your new one in. Failure to keep contact details up to date will result in being taken off Available Last Minute data base as written in the terms and conditions.


What if i cant get in contact with the tradesman?


It is written in the terms and conditions that the tradesman must be contactable when they are registered available. You are automatically sent an e-mail once you have purchase a credit/s advising to leave a feed back comment on the tradesman that you have viewed.


What if I have purchased a credit, and the tradesman that called is not available?

As stated in the terms and conditions that the tradesman must keep there account up to date weather they are available or not available. To help ensure this, once you as the costumer purchases a credit and views a contact detail, that tradesman is automatically taken off the availability list to ensure our data base as up to date as possible.


What happens if I cannot get there in 2 hours?


The whole purpose of Available Last Minute is that you are Available, you are contactable and yes you can be there last minute when needed. So you need to be there within 2 hours of contact as long if it is inĀ  the boundary's that you set out in your account ie weather to work day,nights,weekends, distance willing to travel etc.
