Available Last Minute supplies experienced tradesman/women that are available within 2 hours of contact with their nominated areas of work. That means you can get the job done on time and at a competitive rate. Whether your requirements is due to a worker being off ill, increased workload and/or specialist skills being required fill the gap now.
Available Last Minute is run by Tradesman/women registering themselves on the data base. Once registered on the data base for Availability, a 24 hour timer will start counting down stating that the individual is Available.
The End user is able to browse the data base for Availability of a tradesman/woman in there required area free of charge. When the End user have found a suitable tradesman/woman to fulfill the requirements needed for the job, they then purchase credits using our secured online payment service.
When a credit is purchase the end user will instantly gain access to the tradesman/woman up to date contact details, which will be either landline/ mobile or via E-mail. Tradesman/woman are obligated the keep there contact details up to date which is stated in the terms and conditions.
Failing to do so may result in termination of account without any refund. Once the tradesman/woman’s contact details are viewed by the enduser/employer/client their AVAILABILITY status will be set as UNAVAILABLE
Tradesman/woman: Remember it is your responsibility to update you AVAILABLILTY STATUS when next available.
You can reset the timer at any given opportunity within the 24 hour time scale. If the countdown timer runs itself down to 00 00 00 your AVAILABITY will automatically will go to NOT AVAILABLE until YOU as the tradesman/woman reset the timer, which will go back to 24 hours.
After the end user has used the services of the tradesman/woman we encourage them to write feedback about the tradesman/woman Available Last Minute uses a formula to rate the tradesman/woman on their performance. So it is also in the best interest of the tradesman/woman to ask the end user to leave a comment.
When the end user purchase(s) credits, each credit will have a unique reference number linking to the pacific tradesman/woman used. An email will be sent encouraging the end user to write feedback on the tradesman/woman.
As a result, a rating is placed on the tradesman/woman account for all end users to see when browsing the website. We actively encourage employers/contractors to leave a resource review on a tradesman/woman they have employed, so that you can see what the quality work ethic and productivity of that person is. This approach is geared to making sure the tradesman/woman takes pride in their work and actively seeks to satisfy their customer.
Therefore this means you can receive a call early in the morning and be working by mid-morning, the same day!!
When you indicate you are available for work, then you must be contactable on your mobile/landline/E-mail.
